For my card, I used the RIP Slim Line Die Cutting System Insert from Picket Fence Studios. The sentiment is from the ' Cat Plays Fiddle to the Silver Moon .' To create the glowing effect, I used ONE LIGHT hidden behind the opening. To achieve a nice Halloween color, I colored with Copic markers on vellum. You can see in the first picture below how the card looks before I adhered the panel to the card base. This is such an easy technique to do and always gives a wow effect!
